Shopify agency for retailers based in Seville

We work with Seville shops, whether run by locals or by owners who have made the city home, that have sold over the counter for years and now want to sell online too without doubling the work. We build the store on Shopify and, if you want, the point of sale with Shopify POS, so products, stock, customers and orders from the physical store and the website live in one place.

This is for you if…

  • You have a physical store and want to start selling online for real
  • You already sell online but your website stock and store stock don't match
  • You want customers to buy on the website and pick up in store

One inventory for store and website

In Shopify your physical store is an inventory location. Every sale, at the counter or online, draws from the same stock, and you see in the admin how many units are in each place.

  • Stock per location, updated instantly
  • Transfers between store and warehouse
  • One catalog for website and counter
  • Orders and customers in the same admin

Shopify POS at the counter

Shopify POS turns an iPad or a phone into your store's point of sale, connected to the same catalog as the website. You take payments with Shopify Payments, look up a product at another location and register the customer so you recognize them when they buy online.

In-store pickup and returns

We turn on in-store pickup so customers can buy online and come collect their order, and we set up the process so an online purchase can be returned or exchanged at the counter.

From the shop catalog to the website

A counter catalog is rarely ready for the web: photos, descriptions and well-organized variants are missing. We help you organize it into collections, variants and metafields, and show you how to add new products yourself.

How we bring your physical store to Shopify

  1. Form and video call

You tell us how you sell today: which POS you use, how you track stock, how many locations you have and what you want to sell online.

  2. Fixed proposal

Scope, price and date in writing, covering the website, the POS setup and the catalog upload.

  3. Catalog and test store

We organize your catalog and build the store on a test store, with your physical shop as an inventory location.

  4. V1 review

You test the website and the full flow: online sale, in-store pickup and counter sale from the same stock.

  5. Launch and team training

We go live, train whoever manages the website and whoever works the counter, and support you for 30 days.

Guide to taking your physical store online with Shopify

What changes day to day when your long-standing store starts selling online too, and how Shopify handles it.

Why a unified inventory comes first

The most common problem when a physical store starts selling online is stock: someone buys on the website an item that just sold at the counter. If the website and the POS keep separate inventories, sooner or later it happens.

Shopify solves this with locations: the physical store, the warehouse or a second shop are locations of the same inventory. Each sale draws from where it ships, and the website only offers what is actually available.

Shopify POS: what it is and what you need

Shopify POS is Shopify's point-of-sale app. It runs on an iPad or phone, uses the same catalog, customers and discounts as the website, and records every counter sale as another order in the admin.

To take card payments you need a card reader compatible with Shopify POS. The version included in the plans covers the basics; POS Pro, paid per location, adds features for stores with more staff or more counter volume. Current pricing is on shopify.com.

  • Counter sales in the same admin
  • Customers recognized online and in store
  • Stock lookup at other locations
  • Returns of online orders in store

Selling online with what your store already does well

Your physical store has something many online-only stores lack: customers who already know you, a personal touch and products people can see in person. The website should build on that with in-store pickup, local delivery if you deliver nearby and product pages that answer what your customers ask at the counter.

What people ask you every day in the store is the best guide for writing descriptions, FAQs and shipping copy.

Organizing the catalog for the web

In the store a product can sit on a shelf with a label; on the web it needs photos, a description, variants and a collection where people can find it. We organize your products into collections that make sense to someone who doesn't know the store, and use metafields for technical information.

If your catalog lives in a spreadsheet or in your current POS, we import it into Shopify and check that SKUs, prices and stock match before going live.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us most about Shopify agency in Seville.

Do you have an office in Seville?

No. We work remotely with brands across Spain, Seville included, and meetings are over video call. Training for your store team is also done over video call, with your own point of sale in front of you.

Do I have to replace my current POS system?

It's not required. If your POS can connect to Shopify, we integrate it; if not, Shopify POS is the simplest way to have a single inventory. We assess it with you on the call.

What do I need to use Shopify POS?

A Shopify plan, the POS app on an iPad or phone and, to take card payments, a compatible card reader. Shopify POS has a version included in the plans and a paid Pro version for stores with more demanding needs.

Can I start with the website and add POS later?

Yes. We set up the store with your physical shop as a location, and POS can be turned on whenever you want, on the same catalog.

How much does it cost to bring my physical store to Shopify?

It depends on catalog size, design and whether we also set up POS. After the video call we send you a proposal with a fixed price in writing.

Can I have several physical stores?

Yes. Each store is an inventory location, and the number of locations available depends on the Shopify plan you choose. We recommend the plan based on the stores you have.

Who takes the product photos?

You provide the photos, or a photographer you trust does. We tell you which formats and framing the website needs so the store looks consistent.
