Onboarding on our platform
You get access to your private onboarding space, where you hand over access, content and brand assets step by step, with no email chains.

Development and V1 review
We build your store from scratch and stop at V1 to review it with you and make the changes you want.

Launch and follow-up
We launch the store and monitor it closely afterward: traffic, conversion, errors and Core Web Vitals, with a final report.

Training and maintenance
Training is included so your team can run the store. If you want, we stay with you on a maintenance plan.

It comes with every proposal. We want you to own your store and your business, not the other way around, as happens with so many agencies.

The theme and integrations live in your Shopify account from day one. Everything documented and editable from the theme editor.

Questions about the process
Can we have a meeting to talk about my project?
Yes. Fill in the project form and, if it fits what we do, you'll be able to book a 30-minute video call with a developer on the team when you finish. After that we send you a proposal with a fixed price.
How long does it take to launch a Shopify store?
It depends on the scope. A simple store usually takes 1 to 2 weeks; a custom project with complex integrations, between 3 and 6 weeks. The launch date is written into the proposal.
How is the project paid?
With a fixed price: 70% upfront and the remaining 30% when the store goes live. Everything is in writing in the proposal before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your brand (logo, colors and fonts), the content you want to use, a few reference websites you like and access to your domain. We ask for it step by step on our onboarding platform, with no email chains.
Do I have to create the Shopify account myself?
No. We create it from our Shopify Partners profile, work in it and transfer ownership to you at launch. From then on, the Shopify plan is billed in your name.
How do we communicate during the project?
Everything goes through our platform: form, calendar, onboarding and deliverables, so it's in writing and in one place. We also review V1 with you before we finish.
What if I want changes after launch?
After launch you get 30 days of included support to answer questions and fix whatever is needed. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately, also at a fixed price.
Is training included?
Always. We want you to know how to do everything needed to run your store without depending on anyone: products, content, promotions and key settings.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes, only for stores we have built entirely ourselves. These plans include priority support and are designed for working together long term.
